Is your lot secured?
Yes, the Seattle CruisePark parking lot is located on an National Guard armory base and surrounded by barbwire fencing.
Are reservations required? Do you have plenty of space?
To guarantee parking we suggest reserving online as early as possible. Space is very limited and the lot will fill up quickly. We may have space available on the day of your cruise on a case by case basis, but itâ€™s likely to be only 1 or 2 spots. Reserve now to get the best deal!
Do you have driving directions? How do I get to your parking lot?
How far is your parking lot from the cruise terminal?
The Seattle CruisePark lot is less than 1 mile from Terminal 91 and just over 2 miles from Terminal 66. Our complimentary shuttles will get you to the terminal within a few minutes.
Do you offer shuttle service? How often do they run?
We provide a free shuttle with your reservation. Shuttles leave the lot every 10-15 minutes and the ride to the terminal is about 5 minutes. A free return shuttle from the terminal back to your car upon your return is also included.
What are your hours of operation?
The Seattle CruisePark parking lot is staffed on all cruise days from 7am to 3pm. The lot has 24 hour access so you can drop off a car early or pick one up late.
What types of payment do you accept?
Seattle CruisePark accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Do you have handicap parking?
Yes, our shuttles can come to your vehicle to pick you up directly if you need further assistance.
Do you have restrooms on site?
The Seattle CruisePark parking lot has a portable restroom on site.
What is your parking address?
1601 West Armory Way, Seattle ,WA 98119. We are located directly behind the Whole Foods.
Do you have baggage tags? Can I leave my luggage with you?
You should receive all baggage tags directly from the cruise line. Smith Cove Travel does not have access to these and we are unable to store baggage on site.
What is your cancelation policy?
Reservations can be canceled up to 1 week before your departure. We deduct a $10 processing fee. Please submit refund requests on the Contact us page of our website or email email@example.com .
Do you provide RV or Motorhome parking?
No, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any vehicles longer than 20 feet.
I\'m bringing multiple cars. Can I list them under 1 reservation?
No. Since each car requires a parking space we require separate reservations. You can use the same name and CC info for each reservation.
I saw an ad that says parking for $56 per week... but your website says $140?
The ad says you can save up to $56 per week. We are $56 cheaper than some of our compitorsr and our $140 rate is the best deal in the area.
What time do your shuttles arrive? How early can I show up at the lot?
We run shuttles from 7am - 3pm. The best time to arrive is anytime between 11am and 2pm. The last shuttle departs at 2:45pm. No shuttle after 2:45pm. Inside their confirmation email will be a link to generate their ticket.
Do you have any discounts or promo codes?
We do not. Our goal is to offer the lowest pricing available to all customers.
I don\'t have a promo or travel agent code. What is that.
Codes are not required and they are used for tracking purposes only. We do not. Our goal is to offer the lowest pricing available to all customers.
Do you have any discounts? Military? AAA? Travel Agent? AARP?
Seattle CruisePark believes in offering the best price to all of our customers so we donâ€™t offer any additional discounts. At $140 per week we are $48 cheaper than the other parking lots in the area.
I don\'t have my license plate number or don\'t know what car I will bring?
No problem. We can put the license plate in later. Just write \"unknown\" for the license plate.
Do I have to drop my luggage off at the terminal before parking?
No, our shuttles can accommodate your luggage.
